Q. What is the minimum IT Specification that is required to run your courses?
A. All that is required is Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6 or above and Macromedia Flash version 6 or above.

Q. How can we monitor student usage and results?
A. We offer a low cost SCORM and AICC compliant Learning Management System.

Q. We have our own VLE or LMS – are your courses compatible to it?
A. Yes, all learningandsafety4business courses are built to industry standards and are SCORM 1.2 and AICC compliant.

Q. We have remote users who don’t have access to the internet/intranet, how will we train them?
A. Learningandsafety4business courses are also available on CDROM for offline learning.

Q. What happens as legislation changes – will you update the courses?
A. We constantly review up coming changes in legislation and their impact on the content of our Health and Safety and Workplace Legislation courses. Courses are updated on a very regular basis as legislation changes.

Q. Can I speak to other customers using your courses?
A. Yes, we would be happy to put you in contact with existing customers who operate in the same industry or sector.

Q. Can we test the course integration before we commit to an order?
A. Yes, we will work with your IT department to ensure that our e-learning courses integrate with your existing systems before you need make a final purchasing decision.

Q. Can we add our logo and make some changes to the content?
A. Yes, for a small additional charge we can customise any course to reflect your organisation’s requirements.

Q. Can you create bespoke courses specifically for our organisation?
A. Yes, we have produced many bespoke courses. This can be done using your existing training content or we can create a new course around your training requirements. Bespoke clients include Transport for London, DEFRA and Gloucestershire Constabulary.
